The Innovation Workshop

ARCAD Digital goes beyond design and prototyping; it is also a high-precision manufacturing space. Here, the origin of materials and the care given to each part take priority. Every component is made to ensure impeccable technical quality as well as aesthetic and ethical integrity. CNC machining plays a crucial role in this workshop: it allows us to create our own molds for plastic extrusion.

Designed specifically for each project, these molds ensure absolute precision for technical parts tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Strongly committed to using recycled materials and innovative substances, we prioritize an environmentally friendly approach. The plastic extrusion machine transforms recycled crushed plastics into functional and durable components, meeting specific performance criteria while integrating an eco-responsible dimension.

Thanks to custom mold machining and the production of recycled plastic components, ARCAD Digital is able to offer pre-series or small production runs for demanding clients. Perfect for testing new concepts or creating special editions, these productions combine quality with ecological principles.
